First things first: we’ll kick things off with a 1:1 call to get all the important details about your business, your content goals, and how your brain works best. Plus, you’ll fill out my onboarding form that helps me understand:

  • Your brand voice and style

  • Your audience and what makes them tick

  • Your content goals and dreams

  • Your preferred feedback style

  • Any accessibility needs or preferences

2. Weekly Brunch Dates 🥂

Every week, you’ll:

  • Submit your content by Sunday evening/Monday morning (we can be flexible on timing because we’re all human!

  • Send whatever needs my eyes on it: emails, social posts, website copy, blog posts, launch materials, etc – if it’s words, I’m here for it!

  • Include any specific questions or areas you want me to focus on

P.S. Worried you’ll forget to send your content? No worries, I send auto reminders!

3. Feedback That Actually Helps 📝

Within the turnaround time, you’ll get detailed feedback in your preferred format:

  • Voice notes (for my audio processing pals)

  • Loom (if you like things a little more visual)

  • Google Doc comments (for those who prefer the written word)

I do provide all edits/changes within Google Docs, but give you the option of receiving verbal feedback if that’s more your vibe (but it’s totally optional!).

Your feedback will always include:

  • Specific suggestions for organization and flow

  • Strategic optimization tips (including SEO keyword suggestions as needed)

  • Grammar, spelling, and clarity fixes (without judgment!)

Hmm, I’ve still got questions…

  • I keep everything organized in Google Drive. Each week I send you an automatic content reminder, and you can drop whatever you’ve got into your Google Drive folder, whether it’s a document, a PDF, voice notes, etc.

  • This really depends on the complexity of what you send me during the month. If you send me social media content that needs edited for spelling, grammar, and tone…probably same day turnaround.

    But if you send me website copy that needs edited for brand voice and is meant to sell your services/course/webinar, then it’ll take me a little longer.

    But I will always communicate if a piece of writing is going to take me a little longer than expected.

  • You’re welcome to email me at any time! You can also drop a voice note or document into our shared Google Drive folder if there’s information you want me to have.

    For Smoked Salmon-level members, you have access to me via Slack, where I’m likely to respond within a few minutes.

  • Item description
  • At the moment, no. I don’t allow for rolling over word count between months. However, if you have a writing project that goes over your word allotment, we can split it up over several months.

  • You can send me any piece of writing that you need for your business! This might include: website copy, social media content, email newsletters, podcast show notes, blog posts, item descriptions, etc.

  • When you send me something like a blog post or website copy, I might do a little light SEO keyword research on your topic, just to make sure you’re headed in the right direction.

    Otherwise, SEO services are not included in this membership.
